バイオインフォマティクス部門では、北海道大学大学院国際感染症学院の大学院生の研究を指導しています。当部門に所属するには、大学院国際感染症学院の博士課程に入学していただきます。博士課程の入学資格は、大学院の募集要項をご覧ください。授業はすべて英語で実施されます。大学院受験の際に、受験生の方々にTOEFLなどの外部試験の結果を提出して頂き、カリキュラムの履修と博士論文作成に十分な英語能力をもつかが判定されます。大学院への入学を希望する方は、学部・修士で培った専門知識に加えて英語の能力が必要となります。
