ザンビア大学で次世代シーケンサー（NGS）Miseq研修を開催
2022年6月、ザンビア大学獣医学部にて国際協力教育部門の林田京子先生とIVCMEPの共催によるMiseqのセミナーとトレーニングコースが開催されました。
ザンビア人研究者と協働で実施したセミナーには、42名が参加し知識と技術を習得しました。

“A practical guide for the amplicon sequencing and microbiome analysis using Miseq”
“NGS approach for understanding the African trypanosomiasis and piroplasmosis at the interface of the human-wildlife-livestock population in Zambia”
“Application of NGS to identify zoonotic transmission of multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli in Zambia”
また、トレーニングコースでは、15名の研究者がDNAライブラリー調整からデータ解析までを体験し、Miseqの一連の流れを実際に学びました。
